Each Wood Pellet Stoves.ie customer can call our dedicated call centre which can handle up to 21,000 calls per year. A centralised customer and call management system will connect the needs of each customer with the nearest Service Technician.
Field Service Technicians
Service Technicians are highly trained and qualified and will ensure the most professional service for each customer. Each technician is suitably qualified, highly experienced and extensively trained on all our products. They are each equipped with a spare parts kit which ensures that they carry almost all the spare parts that may be required for any repair. This means that your stove or boiler will be back up and running in only one visit, meaning you have reliable heat and eliminating the need for further call-out charges.
Commissioning
We commission every stove and boiler that we sell. FREE OF CHARGE. Commissioning includes lighting up your stove for the first time, checking your installation and chimney and making sure that your stove maintains good combustion. This ensures a stove or boiler that runs efficiently, burns clean, operates reliably and most importantly, is safe for your and your family.
Servicing
We will service any stove or boiler that we sell. Furthermore, our stove technicians are suitably qualified, highly experienced and extensively trained on all our products. This gives our customers complete peace of mind and ensures that each service is carried out in the most professional way.
Chimney cleaning
We offer a chimney cleaning service for your wood pellet stove or boiler. Keeping your chimney clean and clear is of the utmost importance in terms of good combustion and safe operation.
Spare parts
We carry a full suite of spare parts for all stoves and boilers that we sell. Our multi-level and computerised warehouse in Co. Mayo is stocked to the rafters and warehouse staff are at the ready to get your required parts out to you in double-quick time. Furthermore, each manufacturer that we’ve partnered with are fully committed to supplying spare parts for all stove models, for at least 10 years after that product is sold.
Fault-finding
Our technicians carry advanced diagnostic equipment to allow thorough and professional analysis and testing of your appliance and chimney. This equipment is essential to ensure rapid and accurate results and is yet another reason that we stand apart from all our competitors.
Repairs
We’re available for stove and boiler repairs, to replace parts and generally improve the performance of your appliance. We don’t believe it’s very economical to discard an appliance that might only be in need a little love or a replacement part. The problem with many suppliers and service/repair persons is that they often can’t diagnose the issue and then the recommendation suddenly becomes to upgrade your appliance! We can fix almost any stove and we’ll minimise the replacement risk for you!
