WoodPelletStoves.ie have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Sales Executive, preferably with a technical background, to join our dynamic company selling wood pellet boilers and stoves on a wholesale and B2B basis nationwide. The successful candidate should also be willing and able to manage end-user leads, to assist them in choosing a stove, before directing them to their nearest Authorised Dealer. This position is available to an experienced Salesperson with some technical knowledge or background OR a technical person with a natural flair for outbound sales. We would also consider a suitable graduate with the correct background who would be trained into the role. Predominantly direct sales focused, the position offers a wide range of tasks and will require a flexible and adaptable individual. This position reports directly to the Managing Director.
There will be a huge focus on quality and customer service as well as the other responsibilities, duties and benefits that come hand in hand with representing our company and its brands and products. Experience in a similar role or in heating systems generally is preferred, but full training on our products and technical support from our head office will be provided.

Roles will include:
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities.
- Handling incoming enquiries from prospective customers.
- Serving our trusted Authorised Dealers nationwide.
- Conducting site assessments to provide a solutions-based sales approach.
- Preparing sales proposals to meet customer requirements.
- Attending exhibitions/tradeshows/demonstrations to promote and sell our range of products and systems.
- Liaising with customers professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Following up on existing and new sales leads/enquiries/quotations and answer any customer questions.
- Providing ethical and appropriate advice and solutions to meet customer’s needs.
- Representing WoodPelletStoves.ie in a professional manner.
Skills and Experience:
- 3 years sales experience or a technically qualified person with a strong sales focus.
- May consider less experienced individuals with appropriate qualification and/or background.
- General understanding of residential and commercial heating systems.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English essential.
- Ability to quickly learn about product features/benefits thoroughly.
- Full, clean driving licence required.
- High level of competency in use of a computer, especially email, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and web-based applications and the ability to prepare professional, high quality proposals and presentations.
- Good people skills and friendly personality required.
- Previous experience in using a CRM software package would be ideal.
- Marketing experience/knowledge an advantage.
- Ability to work independently but with head office support.
