In your technician's case, his appointment for our stove service was for 10.30 a.m. and his van pulled up ahead of schedule, Greeting me with a smile and having clarified he was at the correct location he quickly set up about his work in an organised way, firstly bringing in all his necessary tools, vacuum cleaner, floor mats etc. and neatly laid them out around the stove.
