I'd like to comment on your company's wood pellet stove technician who attended our home yesterday to service our Kalor wood pellet stove. In your technician's case, his appointment for our stove service was for 10.30 a.m. and his van pulled up ahead of schedule, Greeting me with a smile and having clarified he was at the correct location he quickly set up about his work in an organised way, firstly bringing in all his necessary tools, vacuum cleaner, floor mats etc. and neatly laid them out around the stove. Observing his work, I must say I was suitably impressed with how he managed his work and his professionalism... in my estimation, a top-class serviceman in every respect and one who represents your company and its interests in a highly professional manner. Also in addition to being neat, clean and organised your service technician was most courteous, friendly and helpful with advice.
